Client Service Manager

Sarah joined the firm in 2026 as a Client Service Manager (CSM), where she supports the tax team by keeping clients’ books up to date, gathering and organizing essential financial documents, filing sales tax returns, and assisting with workers’ compensation and other insurance premium audits. She is passionate about helping clients maintain accurate financial records and enjoys cleaning up bookkeeping and customizing chart of accounts structures to best fit each business’s unique needs.

Sarah began her accounting career in 2021 as an accounting assistant while attending school in Oregon. After relocating to Tulsa, she gained valuable experience working under an Enrolled Agent (EA) at a tax preparation firm, where she expanded her expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and tax preparation support. Her well-rounded background allows her to provide organized, detail-oriented service that helps clients and the tax team work more efficiently.

She earned her Associate of Science in Accounting from Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon, and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting through Southern New Hampshire University. Sarah is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Dext Certified professional, with the long-term goal of earning her CPA license.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and their Pomsky, Loki. They love exploring local parks like Lake Atalanta and Osage Park, trying new restaurants, watching movies, taking painting classes, and playing co-op video games together. In her free time, Sarah also enjoys yoga, reading, and true crime documentaries and podcasts.
