Mindi Byrd

Executive Assistant

Mindi joined the firm in 2024 as a Client Service Manager and Executive Assistant, bringing more than 12 years of public accounting experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and client services. She is dedicated to helping businesses maintain accurate financial records while delivering responsive, high-quality client support that helps operations run smoothly.

Prior to joining Keen and Co, Mindi gained valuable experience with organizations including PBMares, LLP, RSM, Merck, Novartis, and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. Her diverse background has equipped her with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.

Mindi holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University, as well as an Associate of Science from Cowley College.

Outside the office, Mindi enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved dog. She can often be found cheering on her son at his school and sporting events, or enjoying the outdoors through walking, gardening, swimming, and hiking.
