Firm Administrator/Billing Specialist

Since joining the firm in 2019, Jana has become an integral part of the team, helping ensure the firm’s daily operations run smoothly. She manages delivery, billing, and social media while working collaboratively across the firm’s three Northwest Arkansas office locations to provide exceptional service to clients and support to the firm’s CPA team.

Before transitioning to the legal field, Jana spent 20 years as a dental hygienist. She later served as a legal assistant, overseeing operations for multiple office locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. Her diverse professional background has equipped her with exceptional organizational, communication, and client service skills.

Jana holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
