Jacob M. Keen, CPA, CVA

Managing Partner

Jake joined the Keen & Company team in 2002 and currently serves as Managing Partner. In this role, he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, helps shape its strategic direction, and leads business development and production efforts. Jake brings specialized expertise in tax planning and preparation, business valuation, helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with conviction.

Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and began his career with ALLTEL Communications in Little Rock. While pursuing his MBA, he discovered a passion for accounting and made the decision to transition careers and return to Northwest Arkansas. He later completed his accounting coursework at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst, Jake is committed to continued professional growth and service within the accounting community. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of CPAs, the Arkansas Society of CPAs, where he has served on the Board of Directors, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Jake enjoys helping clients develop financial plans and seeing those plans become reality. Outside of the office, he is actively involved in his church and enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children. In his free time, Jake can often be found playing golf, hunting, or fishing.
